VILLAGE OF PALOS PARK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of Palos Park, Cook County, Illinois has scheduled a public hearing on
Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 7:30 pm, in the Council Chambers of the
Kaptur Administrative Center, 8999 West 123rd St, Palos Park, Illinois
to consider the following.
Brian and Debbie Muldowney, 9333 W. 119th Street, Palos Park, IL
requesting a corner side yard setback variance of 14’ to the required
50’ to the requirements in Chapter 1268 of the Village Code to build a
single family residence. This would result in a corner side yard setback
of 36’ from the property line, which is a 28% variance request. Said
property is legally described as: The north 3/5 (except the north 328.38
feet of the west half thereof) of block 4 in Monson and Smith’s third
addition to Palos Park, being a subdivision of the east ½ of the
northwest ¼ of section 27, township 37 north, range 12 east of the third
principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. PIN#23-27-101-009-0000.
