The Village Tree Lighting &
Dec 6, 2013 4pm to 9pm
What better way to welcome in the Holiday Season than with neighbors,
family, and friends on the Village Green? The Holiday Market will open
for shopping as we wait for Santa to arrive. Mayor Mahoney and Santa
together will illuminate the Village Tree. The outdoor heated tent will
feature craft and business vendors, visits from Santa, food, beverages,
and holiday cheer. Outside you can enjoy hayrack rides, provided by The
Center and a warm bonfire.
Breakfast with Santa
December 14, 9:30am to 11am
Santa Claus is coming to town! Children will also have a morning full of
holiday excitement with various holiday craft tables, face painting, and
a special visit from Santa Claus. Children will take a magical journey
aboard the Polar Express listening to the classic holiday story. Boys
and girls will have the opportunity to tell Santa their Christmas
wishes. Each child will receive a small treat from Santa. Enjoy a hot
breakfast with eggs, sausage, sweets, and more. Bring your camera for
precious candid photos. Pre-registration is required by Friday, December
Candy Cane Hunt
January 14, 4:15 to 5 pm
Join in the fun at our Candy Cane Hunt. Children will search for candy
canes on the Village Green transformed into a candy forest. After
participants collect all the various candy canes, they will head into
the Recreation Center and enjoy sipping on hot chocolate, eating
cookies, listening to holiday music, and making a candy cane craft.
Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, January 7.
