2013 WINTER TREE TRIMMING PROGRAM
Residents can take advantage of the Village’s discounted tree trimming program offered through “Groundskeeper Landscape Care”. READ MORE ► Trees within 50ft of the center of the road are eligible for an ANSI 300 Standards pruning. The trees will be trimmed at a cost of $55.00 per tree from 0-12” diameter, $75.00 per tree from 12-24” diameter, and $100.00 per tree 25” or greater diameter. An ANSI 300 Standard tree pruning includes removing deadwood, hazardous branches, raising branches to street height, or structure pruning (all trees located in the 50ft area must be bucket accessible). This program will only be available from November 15th through March 15th.

Residents interested in this program should call “Groundskeeper Landscape Care” as soon as possible to be placed on the fall and winter pruning list. Residents must also specify that they are calling regarding the Palos Park Tree Trimming Discount Program. Groundskeeper’s office phone number is 708-301-7441.



 

Beautify Palos Park with a Bench Memorial

Palos Park Beautification Committee is offering limited quantity of these high quality park benches with memorial plaque to village residents. The 6 foot benches made from recycled plastic, will be placed throughout public areas including the Village Green and the park across from the Plush Horse. Cost to residents is $1300.
