The Palos Park Police Department won an Intoximeter Portable Breath Tester PBT at an I.D.O.T. luncheon last week. At that event a drawing was held for traffic safety equipment including , Hand Held and Moving Radar Units, Lidar Units, PBT’s and Fatal Vision Goggles.

Palos Park Police qualified for this equipment, after their participation in the 2011 Holiday "Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over/Click It Or Ticket" Crackdown At the end of last year, local, county and state law enforcement agencies throughout Illinois joined together to make the Holiday "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over/Click It or Ticket" Campaign successful .
