Drop-off sites at most local State Representatives or State Senators office (call first if a participant) or other Illinois Conference of Women Legislators offices. Old and non-working wireless phones, including charger and battery, are accepted and reprogrammed to dial 911 and a non-emergency number and then distributed to victims of abuse by domestic-violence organizations/ police departments. Airtime provided for free.
